13-Year-Old Bicyclist Hospitalized after Sacramento Crash on Northgate Boulevard and Wisconsin Avenue
Sacramento, California (March 27, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a Friday morning traffic accident involving a school bus that left a 13-year-old bicyclist injured in Sacramento.
The minor injury accident occurred at about 7:50 a.m. on March 25, on Northgate Boulevard and Wisconsin Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 13-year-old bicyclist collided with a Twin Rivers Unified School District school bus while cycling to school.

The teen sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized for treatment.
Other children were on the school bus at the time of the accident but were okay.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the mishap.
The crash remains under investigation.
