Sacramento Accident on Interstate 5 near Sutterville Road Seriously Injures Motorcyclist
Sacramento, California (August 30, 2021) – A Sacramento accident involving multiple vehicles in Sacramento Sunday night seriously injured a motorcyclist.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the motorcycle crash site at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Interstate 5 near Sutterville Road.
It was not immediately established how a Mercedes SUV, a Ford Focus, and a motorcycle crashed on the southbound side of the freeway.
Due to the impact, the Mercedes acquired a broken left tire and moderate front damage while the motorbike was down in the traffic lanes.
Major Injury Sacramento Motorcycle Crash
The unidentified female motorcyclist sustained major injuries in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for medication.
Details regarding the other motorists were not established at the report time.
The crash resulted in the closure of the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Sutterville Road.
