Woman, Baby Injured in Salinas Crash on Highway 101 near Kern Street
Salinas, California (May 6, 2022) – A woman and a baby were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Salinas on Friday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on Highway 101 near the 180 block of Kern Street at about 10:30 a.m.
A black Lexus and two other vehicles were reportedly involved in the incident on the northbound side of Highway 101.
The impact pushed the Lexus downhill.
A woman and a child riding in the Lexus sustained minor injuries and were both taken to a hospital for treatment.
No further details were released.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
