San Bernardino Accident on State Route 259 (Foothill Freeway) Seriously Injures At Least 1
San Bernardino, California (October 5, 2021) – At least one person sustained major injuries following a traffic collision that happened on a highway in San Bernardino Sunday afternoon.
On October 3, at around 1:50 a.m., the California Highway Patrol received a crash report involving multiple vehicles on State Route 259 (Foothill Freeway).
A gray sedan, a dark-colored sedan, and three other automobiles crashed on the interstate for undetermined reasons, according to a report by the CHP.
Due to the impact, one person was pinned inside the gray sedan.

At least one individual was confirmed to have sustained serious injuries following the collision.
