Minor Injuries Suffered in San Diego Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Market Street
San Diego, California (December 16, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a DUI crash that happened Wednesday afternoon in San Diego, resulting in minor injuries.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at about 1:14 p.m. on northbound 15 Freeway near Market Street.
A blue truck collided with another vehicle and overturned onto its roof in the No. 2 lane.
A party reporting the accident said the truck was extremely at high speeds prior to the accident.
Minor injuries were suffered in the accident, and an ambulance was sent to the scene to offer medical aid.
The report also said alcohol or drugs were a factor contributing to the accident but did not give more details.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
