At Least One Person after 15 Freeway Accident in San Diego
San Diego, California (February 16, 2022) – At least one person was sent to a hospital following a Wednesday morning car crash in San Diego, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at around 7:11 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 Freeway near the Miramar Road exit.
A GMC Yukon, a Chevrolet Suburban SUV and a red Kia Sportage SUV collided on the northbound side of the interstate, the CHP said.
At least one patient was taken to Scripps Memorial with minor injuries.
The Kia and the Suburban were towed away from the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
