Woman Hospitalized after San Diego Accident on Orange Avenue
San Diego, California (February 25, 2022) – A woman was injured in a Friday morning scooter accident in San Diego, authorities said.
The accident occurred at about 1:00 a.m. in the 3200 block of Orange Avenue.
First responders arrived at the scene and found a female scooter rider pinned under a vehicle.
It was not clear how the accident happened.
The woman was freed from underneath the vehicle and transported to a hospital for treatment. Her injuries were considered non-life-threatening.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
