San Joaquin County Accident at Highway 88 and Liberty Road Seriously Injures 1
San Joaquin County, California (August 30, 2021) – One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a head-on collision in San Joaquin County Saturday afternoon.
The major injury crash took place in the area of Highway 88 and Liberty Road shortly after 2:00 p.m.
The accident involved a small sedan and a minivan that crashed head-on at the San Joaquin County intersection for undetermined reasons.
Due to the impact, one of the automobiles overturned before moving off the highway. one person was also pinned inside the vehicle and had to be rescued by firefighters.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, one unidentified victim was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries sustained in the accident.
The crash resulted in the closure of the intersection for an unknown time.
