Rider Killed in San Jose Motorcycle Crash on 880 Freeway near E Brokaw Road On-Ramp
San Jose, California (March 28, 2022) – A motorcyclist died in a collision that happened Sunday morning in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident happened just before noon on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of the E Brokaw Road on-ramp.
The crash involved a sports bike and a dark-brown Ford F-150 pickup truck.
First responders found the rider lying down in the center divider.
As per the report, the motorcyclist died in the crash.
The lanes Nos. 2, 3, and 4 remained blocked for at least an hour following the accident.
CHP is investigating the cause of the incident.
