San Martin Accident on Fitzgerald Avenue Injures 2

San Martin, California (September 25, 2021) – One person was hurt following a head-on collision on a highway in San Martin Thursday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the wrong-way crash took place on Fitzgerald Avenue near Santa Teresa Boulevard at approximately 9:55 a.m.
A 2017 black Nissan Pathfinder moving the wrong way collided with a 2005 gold Toyota Sienna head-on in the morning hours.
Due to the impact, the Nissan acquired major front-end damage.
San Martin Head-On Accident
One person, whose name was not revealed, was transported to the Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. A second party survived with minor injuries and was rushed to the St. Louise Regional Hospital for medication.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
