1 Seriously Injured in Santa Clarita Crash on Highway 14 near Golden Valley Road
Santa Clarita, California (November 30, 2021) – One person was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a traffic collision involving two vehicles in Santa Clarita, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The CHP report states that the 3:30 p.m. crash happened in the northbound lane of Highway 14 near Golden Valley Road.
A witness told the CHP officers that a black SUV was speeding in the center median area of the highway when it collided with another vehicle.

A passenger was ejected from their vehicle upon the impact. The victim suffered major injuries and was taken to a hospital.
The northbound lanes of Highway 14 near Golden Valley Road were closed following the wreck.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
