One Killed in Santee Motorcycle Crash on State Route 52 near Mast Boulevard
Santee, California (March 10, 2022) – At least one person died following a crash involving a motorcycle in Santee early Thursday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on State Route 52 near Mast Boulevard, shortly before 5:15 a.m.
The semi and the Honda motorcycle were westbound on SR 52 when they collided for unknown reasons.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle following the impact of the accident.
The rider, a 26-year-old La Mesa man, died at the site of the collision.
The driver of the big rig was not injured.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
