Scott Hopkins Arrested after Roseville Accident on Cirby Way and Old Auburn Road
Roseville, California (February 11, 2021) – Scott Hopkins, 56, has been arrested following a fatal collision that happened in Roseville on December 22, according to authorities.
The collision happened on South Cirby Way and Old Auburn Road.
Roseville police said two vehicles were involved in the collision at the intersection for undetermined reasons.

One of the motorists was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hopkins was transported to a hospital with major injuries.
Authorities later arrested Hopkins on suspicion of DUI.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
