Mesa, CA. – At least one person was seriously injured in a wrong-way collision on Loop 101 in Mesa Sunday morning.
According to the Mesa Police Department, the collision happened at around 9 a.m. on the northbound Loop 101 near milepost 57.
The police said a vehicle was driving the wrong-way on the freeway causing a collision with a second vehicle.
At least one person sustained severe injuries in the accident.
