, Calif. – Several people were injured in a collision involving a chase suspect on Tuesday evening.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, the chase began at about 6 p.m. December 26 near McAllister Street and Larkin Street.

Police said the suspect was wanted for a hit-and-run incident. The suspect fled the scene and collided with an uninvolved car.

The three occupants of the second car were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police continued pursuing the suspect, who also collided with a before stopping near Pennsylvania Street.

The pedestrian was also hospitalized with major injuries non-life-threatening injuries.

Police arrested the suspect, who also had an outstanding warrant for illegal firearm possession.

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the crash.
