Several Hurt in Fresno Car Accident on Highway 180 and Peach Avenue
Fresno, California (July 22, 2022) – Several people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision on Friday morning in Fresno, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on Highway 180 and Peach Avenue at around 5:45 a.m.
Three cars were involved in the collision on the eastbound side of the highway near the Peach exit.
It's unclear what led up to the accident.
Several people were taken to hospital with moderate to major injuries. Authorities said one of the hospitalized parties was a baby.
One person was placed under arrest at the scene for unspecified reasons.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
