Sheila Berry and Ethel Riley Killed in North Highlands Crash at Watt Avenue and Don Julio Boulevard

North Highlands, California (October 30, 2021) – The two street vendors who were struck and killed by a vehicle in North Highlands on Friday afternoon have been identified as sisters, according to a local news source.
