CHP Investigating Simi Valley Accident on 118 Freeway near Sycamore Drive
Simi Valley, California (November 3, 2021) – Possible injuries were reported Wednesday morning following a multi-vehicle vehicle collision on an interstate in Simi Valley.
At around 7:15 a.m., on November 3, the California Highway Patrol received a crash report involving two dump trucks and a silver PT Cruiser on the westbound 118 Freeway near Sycamore Drive.
As per the CHP dispatch, one of the dump trucks veered off before striking the other big rig and the PT Cruiser in the morning.

All involved parties were attended to by the Ventura County Fire Department, who responded to the scene shortly after the crash.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove the PT Cruiser and trucks away from the crash site.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
