Hayward firefighters responded to the scene and provided medical aid to at least one person who sustained minor injuries.
Hayward, CA. – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle pileup that happened Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 880 in Hayward, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported around 3:44 p.m. in the southbound lanes just north of the West Tennyson Road off-ramp.
Authorities responded to the scene and found a gray Toyota Rav4, a white Volkswagen, a gray Chevrolet, a gray van, a gray Lexus, and a sixth vehicle involved in the crash.
