Scooter Rider Killed in South Los Angeles Crash at Flower Street and Adams Boulevard near 110 Freeway
South Los Angeles, California (December 10, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday morning traffic accident that killed a scooter rider in South Los Angeles.
The deadly accident occurred at about 5:00 a.m. at Flower Street and Adams Boulevard near Highway 101.
According to the police, a car allegedly crashed into a utility box, toppled a light pole before hitting the scooter.

Sadly, the rider sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
The driver and a passenger of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and were detained for questioning.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
