Marin County, CA. – Steven Michael Campanali, 57, of Penngrove, has been identified as the man who died in a motorcycle accident near Tomales in Marin County on Friday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:17 p.m. on Highway 1 near Snake Road.
The man was riding a Kawasaki Ninja 650 on the roadway when he collided with a GMC Sierra dual-axle truck and was ejected.
Medics arrived at the scene and pronounced the man dead, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
