1 Seriously Injured in Stockton Car Accident on Interstate 5 near Benjamin Holt Drive Off-Ramp
Stockton, California (October 21, 2021) – A Thursday evening multi-car crash on Interstate 5 in Stockton left at least one person with major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 7:16 p.m., three vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the freeway just south of the Benjamin Holt Drive off-ramp.
The report did not mention the cause or manner of the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists involved.
The report said one person sustained a broken arm and was taken to an unknown hospital.
A silver Ford Fiesta involved in the pileup was towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating to determine the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
