At Least One Person Seriously Injured in Sutter Car Crash on Acacia Avenue near College Avenue
Sutter, California (March 17, 2022) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a major traffic collision that happened on Thursday morning in Sutter.
The crash occurred at around 7:58 a.m. in front of 2835 Acacia Avenue, just north of College Avenue next to Sutter Park.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white GMC 2500 pickup truck T-boned a white Honda on Acacia Avenue. The pickup truck then crashed into a telephone pole.
Reportedly, a man and a child both exited from a vehicle shortly after the crash. The pickup truck acquired major front-end damage as a result of the crash.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to the involved parties. The exact number of injured parties was not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
