Teenage Girl Killed, Two Critically Injured in Norwalk Crash at Foster Road and Studebaker Road

Norwalk, California (January 2, 2022) – A teenage girl was killed and two other people were critically injured Sunday morning in a traffic collision involving four vehicles in Norwalk, authorities said.
The deadly four-vehicle crash was reported at about 10:40 a.m. at the intersection of Foster Road and Studebaker Road.
According to the authorities, two vehicles collided at the Norwalk intersection. Two other vehicles also became involved in the collision.
Fatal Norwalk Multi-Vehicle Crash
A teenage girl and an adult woman, who were occupants of one of the vehicles, were transported to a hospital, where the teenager later succumbed to her injuries.
A third person in another car was also taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Street racing was not considered a factor in the crash. Investigators believed one of the motorists may have run a red light, causing the collision.
The intersection of Foster Road and Studebaker Road was blocked for several hours following the wreck. As of 2:15 p.m., the roadway was reopened back to traffic.
The crash remains under investigation.
