Minor Injuries Sustained in Tehachapi Car Crash on Highway 58 near Broome Road
Tehachapi, California (March 21, 2022) – A Saturday afternoon Tehachapi car crash on Highway 58 resulted in minor injuries, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred at around 2:26 p.m. in the eastbound lanes just a mile west of Broome Road.
First responders found a black Dodge Ram pickup truck and a black Mazda CX7 involved in the collision. The Mazda acquired major front-end damage, and the pickup truck ended up up on the center divider.
Responding paramedics treated an unknown number of parties for minor injuries at the scene. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
