At Least 1 Hospitalized after Temecula Accident on Interstate 15 Freeway near Rancho California Road
Temecula, California (November 3, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a multi-vehicle collision Thursday morning in Temecula.
On November 4, at approximately 2:25 a.m., the California Highway Patrol received a crash report involving several vehicles on the Interstate 15 Freeway, just north of Rancho California Road.
As per the CHP report, a gray Scion and a semi-truck crashed in the fast lane during thick fog in the morning hours.
A blue Ford or Lexus was reportedly involved in a second collision on the northbound side of the freeway.

All involved parties, including one person with major injuries, were attended to by Paramedics with the Riverside County Fire Department, who arrived at the scene shortly after the accident.
Officials said at least one person was rushed to an area hospital for medication.
