At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Tipton Car Crash on Highway 190 at S Callison Road
Tipton, California (September 22, 2021) – At least one person suffered severe injuries in a Highway 190 crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon in Tipton, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Two vehicles collided at around 3:13 p.m., where the highway intersects with S Callison Road.
Authorities investigating the accident said a large truck and a 2005 Lincoln Navigator were involved in the wreck.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help those involved in the accident.
The report said the crash resulted in major injuries and the driver of the Navigator was among those injured.
The Navigator was towed away from the scene.
Investigators had not yet determined the cause of the collision at the time of the report, but an investigation is ongoing.
