Portland, OR. – 53-year-old Tony Marvin C has been identified as the pedestrian killed in a traffic collision last month in Portland.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, the accident happened at 4:41 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 84, just west of the I-205 interchange
Police said Stephenson was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances. Stephenson was declared dead at the crash site.
The involved driver remained at the scene and was interrogated and released.
Authorities confirmed no arrests have been made.
An investigation is underway.
