A tractor trailer collided with a sedan in unclear circumstances.
Portland, OR. – The Portland Police Bureau has identified a motorist killed in mid-October accident near an intersection in Portland as 36-year-old Travis Responts.
According to the Portland Police Department, the wreck happened near the intersection of Northeast Columbia Boulevard and Northeast Lombard Court at around 9:59 p.m. October 18.

Responts was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi was unhurt and remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
During the on-site investigation, Northeast Columbia Boulevard was closed between Northeast 13th Avenue and Northeast 21st Avenue.
An investigation is ongoing.
