1 Seriously Injured in Tulare Car Crash at Palm Street and Prosperity Avenue
Tulare, California (March 16, 2022) – At least one person sustained serious injuries following a traffic collision that happened Monday evening at an intersection in Tulare, the California Highway Patrol said.
The major injury crash happened at around 6:12 p.m. on Monday, March 14, at the intersection of Palm Street and Prosperity Avenue.
According to the CHP, a red Toyota RAV4 collided with another vehicle at the Tulare intersection. Due to the impact, the Toyota RAV4 came to rest in an orchard nearby.
Authorities said one patient, whose name was not immediately available, was taken to the Kaweah Health Medical Center with major injuries.
The intersection was temporarily closed due to the crash.
The collision remains under investigation.
