1 Injured in Tuolumne Car Crash on Cherokee Road near Tuolumne Road
Tuolumne, California (February 16, 2022) – At least one person was injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Tuolumne, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The 9:39 a.m. collision occurred on Cherokee Road, just south of Tuolumne Road and about a mile west of the Black Oak Casino Resort.
CHP said a gray Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons.
The Jeep went over the embankment after the impact.
At least one person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
No further details about the crash were immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
