Minor Injuries Suffered in Union City Car Crash on 880 Freeway near Alvarado Niles Road Off-Ramp

Union City, California (November 23, 2021) – Three vehicles collided Monday afternoon in Union City, resulting in minor injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said the incident happened at about 3:31 p.m. on northbound 880 Freeway, just south of Alvarado Niles Road off-ramp.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene after receiving reports about the accident.
The responders found a white RAV4, a white GMC, and a third vehicle involved in the accident.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries. The patients were offered medical aid at the scene, but it was unclear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
