Bakersfield, CA. – Authorities have identified Anthony James Maestas, 63, of Bakersfield as man killed weeks after a collision on Gosford Road in Bakersfield.
The crash happened at around 6:42 a.m. March 12 on Gosford Road near White Lane.
Reports indicated that two vehicles collided in the roadway causing severe injuries to two people, including Maestas.
They were transported to a hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, Maestas succumbed to his injuries March 25.

Bakersfield, CA. – At least one person was injured in a crash in Bakersfield early Tuesday morning, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
The wreck occurred on Gosford Road just north of White Lane at about 6:42 a.m.
Police said two vehicles collided on the northbound side of Gosford Road.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash.
All northbound lanes of Gosford Road were shut down following the accident.
The crash is under investigation.
