Phoenix, AZ. – 19-year-old David Juarez was killed in a fiery multi-vehicle collision near 67th Avenue in Phoenix.

The police said the accident happened on February 29 near 67th Avenue and Filmore Street.

Juarez was killed in the accident.

On May 1, the police arrested 19-year-old Richard Salazar in connection to the crash. Salazar was booked into jail and was accused of first-degree murder and armed robbery.

Phoenix, Ariz. – Authorities are investigating a deadly fiery multi-vehicle collision near 67th Avenue in Phoenix on Thursday.

The Phoenix Fire Department responded to the deadly crash near 67th Avenue and Street on February 29.

A preliminary investigation indicated that a single vehicle slammed into parked vehicles for unknown reasons causing one of the cars to catch fire.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene and the second person was rushed to a hospital with severe injuries for treatment.

Officers with the Phoenix Police Department located a victim with a gunshot wound in the car and detained an uncooperative passenger.

No additional information about the collision was provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
