Riverside, CA. – The Riverside County Coroner's Office identified the man who died in a traffic collision Saturday night in Riverside as 26-year-old Juan Carlos Medina Paniagua of San Bernardino.
The man died in a two-vehicle collision that happened around 9:33 p.m. on the southbound 215 Freeway north of Columbia Avenue.
The crash involved a gray Chevrolet Tahoe carrying multiple children, including an infant, and a red Honda Accord.
The Tahoe overturned, and one person got trapped inside the Accord.
Paniagua was taken to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment but later died from his injuries. It was unclear which vehicle he occupied.

Riverside, CA.- One person was killed in a car accident in Riverside on Saturday night, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Interstate 215, just north of Columbia Street at about 9:33 p.m. May 24.
According to CHP, a gray Chevy Tahoe was involved in a collision with a red Honda in the southbound lanes of the interstate and the impact caused the Tahoe to overturn.
At least one person died following the collision, the CHP reported.
The extent of any other injuires were not specified.
Among the occupants of the Tahoe were children, one of them being an infant, according to the report.
Multiple lanes were temporarily shut down as authorities investigated and cleared the scene.
