Tucson, AZ. – Authorities have released the name of the 50-year-old man killed in a car crash Monday afternoon in Tucson.
Marco Antonio Rivera Jr. was involved in a fatal traffic collision on East Ajo Way on May 20.
Marco Antonio Rivera Jr. was attempting to make a left turn in his Nissan Altima, into a parking lot from the eastbound lanes, when he was struck by a Ford F250 pickup heading west.
Rivera Jr. was pronounced dead at the crash site.

Tucson, AZ. – A 50-year-old man was killed in a traffic collision in Phoenix Monday afternoon, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The wreck occurred in the 2200 block of East Ajo Way on May 20.
Reportedly, the 50-year-old man was attempting to make a left turn in his Nissan Altima, into a parking lot from the eastbound lanes, when he was struck by a Ford F250 pickup heading west.
The male driver was pronounced dead at the crash site.
The occupants in the other vehicle were not injured.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
