Reportedly, a vehicle veered into the oncoming traffic in unclear circumstances colliding head-on with a second vehicle

Yolo County, Calif. – The Yolo County Coroner's Office on Tuesday identified the woman who was killed last week Wednesday in a head-on traffic collision as Mikaela Luna Poblete, 27, of Vacaville.
The deadly crash happened shortly after 10 a.m. on County Road 31 near County Road 95.
Reportedly, Poblete was driving a Suburu eastbound on County Road 31, when for some reason, she veered into the westbound lane and collided with a Kenworth big rig. Poblete was killed in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.

Yolo County, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a deadly wrong-way crash on Highway 95 in Yolo County Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 10 a.m. on County Road 95 at County Road 31.
Reportedly, a vehicle veered into the oncoming traffic in unclear circumstances colliding head-on with a second vehicle.
The motorist driving in the right lane was pronounced dead at the crash site.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
It was unclear if alcohol and drugs played a role in the wreck.
More details regarding the wreck were not provided.
An investigation is underway.
