Valerio Garcia Luna Arrested after Garberville Collision on Highway 101 near Bell Springs Road
Garberville, California (May 4, 2022) – Valerio M. Garcia Luna was arrested after a DUI collision that occurred on Monday in Garberville, according to authorities.
On May 2, Luna was reportedly driving a Nissan pickup northbound on Highway 101 when, for unknown reasons, he drifted across the double yellow lines.
Luna's pickup collided head-on with a southbound Honda driven by Dalya Dhamar Olea, of Fortuna.
The accident happened north of Bell Springs Road.

Both drivers were taken to Howard Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Luna was later arrested and booked into Mendocino County Jail on charges of felony DUI, driving with a BAC 0.15% or greater, DUI causing injury, and driving without a license.
The crash is under investigation.
