Minor Injuries Sustained in Vallejo Car Collision on 80 Freeway at Admiral Callaghan Lane Off-Ramp
Vallejo, California (October 16, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury car accident that happened Friday afternoon in Vallejo.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident occurred just after 4:00 p.m. on eastbound 80 Freeway at the Admiral Callaghan Lane off-ramp.
An Acura sedan and another car collided for unknown reasons.
The Acura overturned onto its roof after the impact.
Reportedly, both vehicles were recklessly driving prior to the collision.
Responding authorities said the incident resulted in minor injuries. It was, however, not clear how many people were hurt.
CHP officers are collecting more information to establish what transpired leading to the collision.
