According to the report, four vehicles were involved in the accident and two parties had to be extricated from one of the vehicles
San Jacinto, CA – Venus Angel Aguilar, 32, of San Jacinto, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in San Jacinto on Thursday morning, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The wreck occurred on the Ramona Expressway and San Jacinto Avenue at about 8 a.m. April 4.
According to the report, four vehicles were involved in the accident and two parties had to be extricated from one of the vehicles.
One of the extricated parties, identified as Aguilar, died at the scene.
Two other people involved in the crash had major injuries while two others sustained minor injuries.
The four patients were taken to a trauma center for treatment.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
