Gonzalez was found lying on his side and was pronounced dead at the accident scene

Bakersfield, CA. – 31-year-old Victor Alonzo Moncada Gonzalez of Santa Ana has been identified as the man who died in a motorcycle accident that happened last month in California City.
The fatal motorcycle accident happened around 1:19 p.m. at California City Boulevard and Hacienda Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Gonzalez was riding a motorcycle heading east on California City Boulevard when he collided with a vehicle making a left-hand turn from westbound California City onto Hacienda Boulevard.
Gonzalez was found lying on his side and was pronounced dead at the accident scene by the paramedics from California City Fire and Hall Ambulance.
The man driving the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with officials.
The California City Police Department is investigating the accident.
