Wallace Crash on Highway 12 near Petross Avenue Injures At Least 1

Wallace, California (December 9, 2021) – At least one person is recovering in a local hospital after being involved in a traffic collision Thursday morning in Wallace, the California Highway Patrol said.
The head-on crash happened on Highway 12 near Petross Avenue at approximately 10:57 a.m. on December 9.
The accident involved a small, gray sedan and a white Chevrolet pickup truck that crashed on the highway for undetermined reasons.

An individual riding in the smaller vehicle sustained major injuries in the accident.
The CHP affirmed that at least one person was rushed to an area hospital for treatment of critical injuries.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause o the accident.
