Worker Killed in Monday Morning Walnut Creek Accident on Del Hombre Lane near Pleasant Hill BART Station
Walnut Creek, California (April 5, 2022) – A construction worker died in an accident that took place in Walnut Creek on Monday morning, according to authorities.
The worker was reportedly ran over by a gravel truck on Del Hombre Lane, just east of Pleasant Hill BART Station.
The incident was reported at around 10 a.m.
The victim, who was reportedly a flagger, died in the accident.
The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
The Cal/OSHA is investigating the deadly accident.
