Willie Salazar Arrested after Fatal Winchester Accident on Domenigoni Parkway
Winchester, California (April 30, 2022) – Willie Salazar, 23, of Wildomar, was arrested after a deadly DUI crash that happened in Winchester on Thursday night, according to the autorites.
The crash happened on Domenigoni Parkway, east of Patterson Avenue at about 10:55 p.m. April 28.
Salazar was reportedly driving a Honda Civic westbound on eastbound Domenigoni Parkway when he collided head-on with an oncoming Chevrolet Malibu.
A passenger in the Malibu, Sahtarria Anderson, 32, of Menifee, was taken to the Inland Valley Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.

The driver of the Malibu, a 31-year-old Hemet man, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Salazar also suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities later arrested Salazar on suspicion of DUI.
An investigation into the deadly crash is ongoing.
