Malcolm Shephard Arrested after DUI Oakley Crash at Main Street and Big Break Road
Oakley, California (June 27, 2022) – Malcolm Shephard, 25 years, has been arrested following a DUI crash on Saturday night at an intersection in Oakley, according to a report by Oakley Police Department.
The DUI accident happened a while after 8:51 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Main Street and Big Break Road.
As per the dispatch, Shephard crashed into a car operated by a woman.
Responding firefighters and medical personnel attended to the female driver who was bleeding from her head following the crash. The woman was flown to John Muir Medical Center and was listed in a critical but fair condition.
The woman's name was not immediately revealed.
Authorities later arrested Shephard on suspicion of DUI, possession of drugs for sale, and possession of a loaded handgun.
An investigation by the Oakley Police Department is underway.
