Phoenix, Ariz. – A woman was killed and two other people were injured in a crash at an intersection in South Phoenix Sunday morning, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The accident happened at around 10:45 a.m. near 7th Avenue and Baseline Road.
Police say officers responded to the scene and located an adult female passenger of one of the vehicles with severe injuries. The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The drivers of both vehicles remained at the scene.
