26-Year-Old RivCo Woman Killed in Moreno Valley Multi-Car Crash on Gilman Springs Road
Moreno Valley, California (April 2, 2022) – A 26-year-old Riverside County woman was killed and four other people were injured late Sunday night following a three-vehicle crash on Gilman Springs Road in the city of Moreno Valley, authorities have reported.
The deadly crash occurred at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2022, on Gilman Springs Road, west of Kevin Road in Moreno Valley.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, fire personnel used hydraulic tools to extricate one person from the wreckage.
One woman from Hemet died at the scene of the collision. Four other people sustained moderate injuries and were transported to hospitals for treatment.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.
The incident remains under investigation.
