Fontana, Calif. – 54-year-old Rosa Martinez-Gomez of Fontana was killed in a Hit-and-Run pedestrian accident at an intersection in Fontana about a week ago.
The Fontana Police Department responded to the wreck at around 7:35 p.m. February 15 on San Bernardino Avenue west of Sierra Avenue.
Martinez-Gomez was struck by a vehicle on the highway in unclear circumstances. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
Martinez-Gomez was pronounced dead at the crash site.
