North Hollywood, Calif. – The Los Angeles Medical Examiners Office has identified the woman who died after a vehicle ran a red light at an intersection in North Hollywood as Emily Gonzales, 25, of Sunny Valley.
Gonzales Died in the crash that happened at about 12:40 a.m. Saturday, March 16 at Tujunga Boulevard and Sherman Way.
Gonzales was driving northbound on Tujunga Boulevard when she collided with another vehicle heading eastbound on Sherman Way.
Gonzales was pronounced dead at the scene.

North Hollywood, Calif. – At least one person was killed in a collision in North Hollywood early Saturday morning, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The accident took place on Sherman Way and Tujunga Avenue at about 12:40 a.m.
Police said a vehicle was traveling on Tujunga Avenue when it ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle that was traveling east on Sherman Way.
According to the report, a sedan and a pickup truck were involved in the crash.
One of the drivers, an adult woman, was killed in the crash.
The second driver was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Police said alcohol and drugs were not suspected in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
