Atchley was transported to Sky Lakes Medical Center by a Chiloquin Fire and Rescue ambulance with a series of injuries, where she later died

Klamath County, Ore. – 35-year-old Sasha Atchely was killed in a head-on crash early Tuesday morning in Klamath County.
According to the authorities, the incident was reported at around 4:05 a.m. on Sprague River Road.
Reportedly, an unloaded log truck collided head-on with a Dodge Durango operated by Atchely.
Atchley was transported to Sky Lakes Medical Center by a Chiloquin Fire and Rescue ambulance with a series of injuries, where she later died.
The log truck driver was transported to the hospital by Bonanza Ambulance with minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
